UCA joined the event hosted by Assemblyman Lester Chang, celebrating Halloween with families in the community. It was a great opportunity to experience the joy of 'treat or trick' and celebrate the bountiful season of autumn. A talented face painter was there to transform everyone into spooky and fun characters.  Happy Halloween!
